Team Finsweng's top moments from April 2019

In April 2019 Team Finsweng was represented at two dog show weekends: in the middle of April at the two national dog shows held in Riga, Latvia, and in the end of the month in Narva, Estonia, where one international dog show and one national dog show took place. Here some photos and results from these four all breed dog shows.

Ch Finsweng Täystuho aka Piko was shown at the both NDS's in the capital of  Latvia and he did well! He won CAC and thus became also Latvian Show Champion (LT CH). On Sunday the 21st of April he was also chosen to the 3rd best terrier, Best-In-Group-3 (BIG-3), in the strong terrier group. Piko is cared, groomed and shown by his owner Taina. Well done both of you!

The weekend of 27th and 28th of April Team Finsweng was represented at the big Narva shows. On Saturday the 27th an International all breed Dog Show was held in this eastern Estonian city, and on Sunday the 28th a all breed National dog show was taken place. Team Finsweng was represented by three Aussies each day and the results were amazing!

Our 11-year-old Grand old Lady, C.I.B Finsweng Dancing Queen was just warming up for Sunday and got EXC and was 2nd best veteran bitch.

Ida was showing Donna, and this beautiful couple danced all the way to the biggest trophy.

Donna, our dear Granny, was really rocking this Sunday. In the big ring she really danced, and was chosen from the huge veteran group to best in show! 

In the breed ring our almost 2-year-old male Vallu (Finsweng Viiksivallu) was BOB. Our "Danish Princess" Trixie (Kisamba's Bonnie Blue Girl) made her debut in the show rings at the age of 15 months by winning BOS and CAC. Trixie moved to our family from Denmark in the end of February. In the photo below she is wagging her tail, as always. She is such a happy dog!

Golden, Happy Easter a la Finsweng

Thank you all for your congratulations! 

Yes, Team Finsweng had a super double Easter Dog show trip to Imatra (FIN). This time we gained so much that I'm as the breeder don't anymore find the words to describe how happy and grateful I am. I have the best team ever and we had so much fun during the two last days of March, 2018.

Friendship, fun and team work - this is what it's all about in Team Finsweng.

The photo above shows so well what our two days at Saimaa Dog Shows were about. The photo was taken the second day (at Saimaa IDS 31.3.2018) and on left hand side Oona with BOB & BOB-veteran CIB Finsweng Dancing Queen (Donna) in her lap and on right hand side Maiju with CAC winner Finsweng Trallalaa (Tomu) in her lap.

Here below a cavalcade of photos of our Aussies. Most are taken the 30th since Maiju brought her camera. Since I hadn't many pics of Vallu and this was his first show ever, I asked Maiju to focus of photographing him, and she did as asked. Thank you Maiju for these photos! Well, sometimes it showed that this was Vallu's first show & show trainging...

... but we managed to move nicely too!

Best breeders classes were chosen by Dennis Kuzelj, Bulgaria. Out of some twenty groups our group was chosen to BIS-3-breeder. This was our team's icing on the cake. Photo below: Pasada.

Super Baltic Show Weekend for Finsweng

I'm so super happy, grateful and proud of my Finsweng team and the results we got last weekend! Three International dog shows in two countries, 3x CACIB, 5x CAC and 2 R-CACIB. In Narva we faced some difficulties getting "proper show pics" but despite poor light condition and lack of "hands" on the ringside, s'il vous plaît, her is our story and photos from Finsweng's Super Baltic Show Weekend.

During the weekend the 17.-18. March, 2018, in "this corner of the world" three big Intenational Dog Shows were held. One in Narva, Estonia, and two in Riga, Latvia. Part of the Finsweng team headed to Narva, meanwhile my destination with a couple of aussies was the double-IDS in Riga.

Meanwhile in Riga, Latvia, I was competing with two Aussies: Finsweng Tadaa aka Naatti and Horrieglen Supa Strike Force (Austr.Imp) aka Schooner, and with great results! As her litter brother Naatti is just 23 months old. Schooner is 16 months old. The CACIB Naatti won on Sunday was her 5th. She has now one from Lithuania, two from Russia and two from Latvia. The 21.3. she turned 2 years old, and next CAC she wins will make her Champion of 5 countries! Not bad for a little girl.

Team Finsweng & first official dog show 2017

The show year of 2017 for our team, kennel Finsweng started in southern Estonia, in Valga the 4th of February. Here Team Finsweng consisted of my husband Pasi and my girls Selma (7 years) and Ida (13 years) and 3 Finsweng aussies and Muro ( PMJV-14 Melukylän Zuppaduida ) , and of course, me too :-) I'm so proud of us all; even if it was rushy at the ringside (and in the ring) my girls were great help in handling our dog, they helped me to fix them before the show, and both Pasi and Ida took photos. The lightening and crowd in the hall made it difficult to take pics, and both had to assist in passing dogs to the ring, but many nice shots was anyway saved from the day. Last weekend all our family visited the town of Valga in souther part of Estonia. On both Saturday the 4th of February, 2017, and on Sunday the 5th of February, 2017, National all breed shows were held. Since two of our family members are eager photographers I have two cameras with nice photos to share to you! However, work makes an obstacle to blog writing, so here just shortly about our new star, 10-month-old Naatti (Finsweng Tadaa, d.o.b 21.3.2016) who won BOB ja BOB-junior both days, and won also BIG-4 on Sunday! I'm so super happy and proud of this wonderful little girl that I lost my heart to already when she was 5 minutes old. She is the most happy and easy companion at home, but also a natural show girl. She really makes my dog show hobby to an easy, relaxing and fun activity! Here three photos taken on Sunday 5.2.2017 by Ida Turunen (my 13-year-old daughter).
